What to do when you expected a Rate to be available on the UI.
Rates are uploaded to the Kontainers system by the forwarder. If you are looking for a sailing schedule and rate and it won’t let you select a container please contact your Company Support Team as there are no rates for this port, equipment etc in the system
You team can send an updated rate to Kontainers via the Admin UI or through our APIs/EDIs. Once that is uploaded your rate will appear.
