The first System Administrator is added by the Kontainers team on Day 1. This is typically the nominated Product Owner within the company. One the 'seed' System Administrator is added , the System Administrators can add other System Admins or Support Admins.

Add a new support Administrator - Accepting a Teammate invite
When the new Support Administrator receives the email they will select the link and will be redirected to a registration page
They will be asked to enter their details (including their new password) and will be redirected to the Login page. The new Support Administrator can immediately log in and join their new team.
Note: This invite mail will expire after 1 week.
Removing a Support Administrator
To remove a Support Administrator, just locate the Team member in the 'Teammates' section and select the 'recycle bin' symbol if the Teammate is 'pending' or select the 'cog' symbol and hose the 'Delete' button
...and finally, select 'Save'. Once you select the user can no longer log into the Administration site.
Remember, you can re-invite a team member using the same details if needed.
Adding a new System Administrator
Once the first System Administrator is set up they can then create new System Administrators. To do so, the first step is to set up a new Support Administrator and wait until they complete the access forms.
Once they are on the system you can use the Settings menu to 'upgrade' them to a System Administrator.
To do so, simply select the 'cog' symbol against their name. A menu will drop down that includes the option to convert the user to a 'System Administrator'. Turning the option 'on' will automatically grant the Support Administrator these new permissions.
You will note that the list of System Administrators will not include you. If you want to disable or re-enable your permissions a second System Administrator will have to update your record. This is a security feature in Kontainers to ensure that there are a set of 'controls' on permissions.
