Under GDPR legislation, Kontainers is not the owner of your customers Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This means that only an authorised Customer representative can instruct the Kontainers team to process a GDPR Request.

To instruct Kontainers team to carry out a GDPR request, a user with access to the Admin System will create an instruction in Zendesk detailing the request.
Our support team will pass the request to our Data team. Once we have carried out the requested action, we will notify the requestor via email.
Where a customer has requested a copy of their data, we will include a copy of that customer data in a 'portable data format'.
At no time will a Kontainers support person interact directly with the individual registered with the Data Controller who has made a request under GDPR legislation.
For security purposes, Kontainers team will not accept a GDPR request except through the above mechanism.
Requests received by customers of the Data Controller outside this mechanism will be passed to the Data Controller for processing.
