The Kontainers Booking system allows System and Support Administrators process the following workflows in Kontainers:
1. Booking Information (BI)
2. Shipping Instructions (SI)
Behind each of these menus are a set of functionality that allows and Administrator process and edit a Booking.
In some cases, companies may want to restrict which users can process BI and SIs. Kontainers allows you decide these permissions using the Settings menu.
Only System Administrators can set the permissions, so as a System Administrator navigate to the Settings Menu and choose the Team mates.
Beside each Teammate a small cog will appear to the right of the name. Select this cog and the configuration menu will appear.

By default all users have the edit BI and SI disabled when the user is first created. When 'can view/edit Booking Information(BI)' is enabled, the user can see the following menu options:
When the button 'can view/edit Booking Information(BI)' the following options are available to the user:
A few points to note. The BI and SI edit features can be selected independently of each other, i.e. a user can have access to one and not the other.
You will note that the list of System Administrators will not include you. If you want to disable or re-enable your permissions a second System Administrator will have to update your record. This is a security feature in Kontainers to ensure that there are a set of 'controls' on permissions.
