Kontainers offers Instant Messaging support to Forwarders and their Customers. By default Kontainers comes bundled with Intercom, an instant messaging tool, but forwarders may chose not to support this option.
Forwarders that have enabled Intercom will have this logo appear on the bottom-right of every page on the site:
When selected the Intercom screen will provide an instant chat mechanism so you can talk in real-time to the Forwarders support team.
This system will also allow Forwarders to create support tickets to ensure that any questions that can't be addressed immediately are handled properly.
