The Customers Personal Dashboard has an additional useful Filter feature. On the Open Orders, Completed Orders and Cancelled Orders screen you can filter by:
- Order Status
- Customer Ref.
- Booking Ref.
You can enter one Status or Reference or a combination of all three Filter parameters to find your record.
When a Customer Reference or Booking Reference is entered the value 'clear filter' appears beside the input field. Selecting 'clear filter' will remove this value and reset the filter.
Similarly, setting the Order Status to 'Any status' will also reset the 'Order status' filter.
