As well as a support email address (email@example.com), we provide a chat tool to Kontainers Administrators if help is needed.
You can see the chat link on the bottom right of your screen as a button. Selecting that button will launch the Kontainers support chat.
The first item you will see is the 'Search Help' page. Entering your question on there will return a list of help files to you that may answer your question.
If the help files are not successful then you will be invited to start a chat by 'Leave us a Message' button. This will send a direct email to the support team and they will return to you within your SLA with help and a response.
